Outer diameter and bore tolerances can be held within \u00b10.005mm, with surface finish down to Ra 0.8.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"\">We offer in-house heat treatment (quenching and tempering, induction hardening) and surface finishing (chrome plating, black oxide) as required. Each piece is 100% inspected using 2.5D projectors, height gauges, and plug gauges to ensure dimensional and geometric accuracy.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"\">Typical applications include gearboxes, motors, reducers, and packaging machinery.
