Yes, absolutely. Our experienced engineering team can handle various CAD formats (STEP, IGES, DWG, PDF) and can also reverse-engineer parts based on your physical samples. We provide DFM (Design for Manufacturing) feedback to ensure your parts are cost-effective.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We have no strict MOQ requirements. Whether you need a single prototype or a high-volume production run, we are happy to support you. Small batch production is our specialty.
How can I get a quote?
Please send your 3D CAD files or 2D drawings to our email. After reviewing the specifications, our team will provide a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
What are your payment terms and lead times?
Standard payment terms are T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment). Lead times are generally 7-15 working days for standard parts, depending on complexity and quantity.

How long is your production lead time?
Our standard lead time is 7-15 working days after confirming your drawings and deposit. For urgent prototype orders, we offer expedited services.
What shipping methods do you use?
We support various shipping methods, including express delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT), air freight, and sea freight. We will recommend the most cost-effective option based on your order volume.
Can you provide professional packaging and custom labels?
Yes, we provide professional protective packaging (such as foam and wooden boxes) to prevent damage during transit, and we can add custom labels or logos as per your requirements.
